Holiday house for rent in the Augustów Lake District (North-East Poland, 150
miles drive from Warsaw Intl. Airport). The house is located on the picturesque,
elevated North bank of Lake Studzieniczne in Przewięź – the small village 4 miles away
from Augustów, one of the most famous Polish
tourist resorts. We offer you a direct access to the lake with your private
deck where you can moor the sail yacht or motor boat (available for rent in
few hundred yards distance walk along the lake shore). The Lake is placed on
the route of Augustowski Channel and Czarna Hańcza River, very
close to Rospuda River, which is famous for its
unique natural environment.
The Lake Studzieniczne
is located in the protected silent zone, noisy powered motor boats and water
scooters may not be used (you can go to Lake Białe
through the Studzieniczna Lock, 250 yards away from
the deck). The house is surrounded by the beautiful and clean natural old
forests of the Augustowska Woods. It belongs to a
small holiday village consisting of houses of similar purpose, the site size
is approximately 0.5 acre. The guests will have
two parking places for their cars.
Augustowska Woods in the neighborhood You can also find the sandy beach in the walking distance from the
house (on the Lake Białe shore) with few shops
(food stores), tourist restaurants and bars, resorts offering the boat
charters and bikes for rent. For those who prefer active form of spending
their holidays – Hotel SPA Wojciech with
tennis, swimming pool, SPA, and with good restaurant, just 20 minutes walk from the house. We encourage you to arrange
car excursions to tourist places within Augustów
Lake District, as well as to neighboring countries – Lithuania. You can
also go there with one of many local tourist agencies who arrange such
one-day trips. Very close to the city of Augustów
offering many attractions in the Summer season: concerts on the open air by
the Lake Necko, water ski school with unique towing
system, go-cart racing, excursion lake boats, beautiful forest park, Saturday
antiques market, etc.

house rental: · Flexible dates and periods, recommended minimum 7 days stay; house
available between May 1st and September 30th, all other
dates require reservation with minimum two weeks of advance; · Comfortable living conditions for 8 persons, guest are welcome without
their dogs; · Daily rate: PLN 450,- (approx. EUR 100,-) for exclusive use of entire
house, paid in advance at the accommodation together with PLN 500,- (approx.
EUR 110,-) refundable deposit; · The rent day commences at 4:00 PM at arrival day and ends at 12:00 PM
at departure day, we kindly ask our guests to confirm the expected time of
their arrival by phone the day before · Reservation fee 20% of
total amount paid by money transfer at the booking; · Free of charge use of two-seat kayak and fishing boat, chartered
sail-boats available in the nearby marina; · TV Sat + DVD available; · The rates are negotiable when your planned stay period is longer than
30 days.
